For twelve months after launch we keep it secure, updated, backed up, and online, with response times written into your contract. This is the part other agencies leave out, and the reason we contract for the whole year up front.
It starts the day you go live, not the day you pay. If something breaks at 11pm on a Sunday, it is our problem, and you have a named person to message rather than a support queue.
