Who is behind BuildVaillant?
BuildVaillant is a venture of AgriVisionAI Inc, a registered company. You are not hiring a freelancer who can vanish next month, you are contracting an established business that stands behind the 365-day watch in writing.
What exactly does the 365-day watch cover?
Hosting, uptime monitoring, security patches, automatic backups, bug fixes, and a set number of content updates each month, with response times written into your contract.
Who owns the website or product?
You do, completely. Code, design, domain, and accounts are yours from launch day. If you leave, we hand everything across, documented, within 15 days.
What if I already have a website?
We can rebuild it or take over managing what you have, after an audit. If the existing build is sound, taking it onto the watch is usually the cheaper path, and we will tell you so.
What if I need more changes than my plan allows?
Extra work is quoted and approved before we touch it. Nothing appears on an invoice you did not agree to first.
Do you need access to my accounts and passwords?
Only what is needed to do the job, and always in your name. Domains and hosting are registered to you, not to us.
What happens after the first year?
Renew the watch at a low annual rate, or take over yourself. Nothing is held hostage, ever.
How long does a project take?
Websites go live in one to five weeks. Products are scoped, usually six to twelve weeks. You get the timeline in writing before you pay anything.
Do you work with clients abroad, across timezones?
Yes. We work with businesses worldwide, quote in your currency, and set response windows to your business hours, not ours.
What support actually looks like
Not a ticket queue. You message one named person, they acknowledge inside the response window written into your contract, and bug fixes cost nothing extra for the full year.
